What’s happened since the prices plummeted, our demographics of Lehigh Acres have changed, according to a release for the Greater Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce. There are 96,000 people here and more than a quarter population is 18 or under that is quite different from years ago.

Cape Coral and Fort Myers were almost tied: at $245,510, the Cape was 72nd lowest in the state and 993rd nationwide while Fort Myers was 75th in the state and 1,025th in the country at $250,489.
No. 1 in the state was Arcadia, which at $107,691 was the 15th least expensive in the country.
Highest in the US was Malibu, Calif., at $2.15 million. Cleveland was the cheapest at $63,729.
