Two stores in Fort Myers and another in Bonita Springs will close Thursday, while the Lehigh Acres location will close Friday. The addresses of the stores are:
Store 2474 61 Bell Boulevard North Store 2513 8650 Gladiolus Drive
Store 2521 10580 Colonial Boulevard Store 2525 10026 Coconut Road
In a statement Winn Dixie states the reason it is closing the pharmacies is because of a decrease in demand.
Customers who used those stores will be transitioned to the nearest CVS Pharmacy.
They say any changes to either grocery or pharmacy stores are being addressed on a case-by-case basis.
The company says it is supporting its 1,800 employees and customers affected by this decision.
