Firefighters are battling a brush fire near Maddock Place and Maddock Street East in Lehigh Acres, the Florida Forest Service said.
The brush fire is in a heavily wooded area. Officials believe the fire has spread from about 5- 10 acres.
It is unknown if any structures are in danger.
