The remains of a 2-year-old female panther were retrieved Friday morning on SR-82 between Jaguar Boulevard and Sparta Avenue in Lehigh Acres, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
This is the sixth reported panther death of 2016.
