According to a source at the Florida Secretary of State a question was submitted to them of validity of the articles of incorporation filled by Alain Capucci for Incorporate Lehigh Acres.
The source would not go into detail but the question, but did say if this is found to be true it could force to state to close the corporation and / or take legal action against the incorporator of the corporation.
