The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools recently announced the top 31 finalists in the Golden Apple Teacher Recognition Program. The teachers who rank very highly in the selection process and round out the top 100 recognized applicants are given the honorable title of Teachers of Distinction. These esteemed educators will be invited to attend the Golden Apple Teacher Recognition Banquet and the Golden Apple Social where they will be honored for the quality and dedication they each bring to the classroom.
