A small black sedan collided with a male riding his bicycle at the intersection of Bell Boulevard and Joel Boulevard.
The bicyclist was attempting to ride his bike across Bell Boulevard in front of a Winn Dixie when he was struck by a sedan.
The bicyclist was transported to the hospital fair condition.
