The Chairperson of the Lehigh Acres Community Initiative, Bo Turbeville surprised the media at Thursday night’s meeting with an announcement that the Initiative Group is starting a conversation with the Lehigh Acres Community Council executive committee about a merger or partnership. Turbeville said, “it the time to start conversation. We what to build a greater involvement in the community.”
The Lehigh Acres Community Council just went through a merger this year with the Lehigh Acres Planning Panel.
Tami Baker the President of the Lehigh Acres Community Council said, “They reach out to us and we look forward to the conversation for the betterment of Lehigh Acres.”
