Patricia Ann (Small) Buterbaugh, 78

Patricia Ann (Small) Buterbaugh, known as “Pat”, 78, passed away on Sunday, November 10th at Lehigh Regional Hospital in Lehigh Acres, FL. A native of Pennsylvania, where she grew up and raised her family; Pat was a registered nurse and a charter member of the medical staff at Suburban General (Mercy) Hospital in Norristown and also volunteered as a crew member with the Plymouth Ambulance squad. She resided in Blue Bell with her family until her retirement when she moved to Lehigh Acres, FL in 2000. Pat remained an active volunteer and involved member of the Lehigh Acres community where she taught craft and sewing classes. The daughter of the late John S. and Rachel R. Small, she was preceded in death by her brother, John R. Small; her beloved husband, Harold F. Buterbaugh II; their daughter, Lee Ann (Buterbaugh) Bollinger and son, Mark A. Buterbaugh, all residents of Pennsylvania. She is survived by sons: Thomas A. Buterbaugh of Orrington, ME and Paul A. Buterbaugh of North Kingstown, RI; eight grandchildren: Paul, Ryan, Katelyn, Sean, Thomas, Tanner, Emily, Mitchell, Daniel, and David and three great- grandchildren: Abigail, Shelby, and Pauly.
