Lehigh Acres group presents over 1,400 petitions in support of abandoned / foreclosure property registry to Lee commissioners today.
Over 30 people for Lehigh Acres were present at the weekly commission meeting.
According to the commissioners during the meeting the county staff is to work on compromise language on property registry program, they delayed action for four weeks. Commissioners also agreed to have a public hearing after the ordnance has been drafted.
