Pork Loin Roasts with Orange Glaze.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 orange sliced (navel)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 pork loin roast, (4 to 5 lb)

Preparation:

Blend first 3 ingredients. Brush over pork; bake at 350 degrees F about 2 1/2 hours, or pork is fully cooked. Baste again about 10 minutes before serving.  When serving the main dish, dress it out with orange slices and kale leaves.  It will be so beautiful you will be proud.

Served with a nice scoop of rice pilaf and mixed vegetable will make the Easter Dinner Shine.  Your mouth waters as you gently slice the roast and lay on the platter.  Pour you left over sauce of the top and garnish with orange slices.
