tivy Saintil, 38, is in critical condition after he attempted to make a left turn onto Leonard Blvd. S in front of 19-year-old Melissa Jones.
Jones and her passenger sustained only minor injuries.
Saintil Chevy Tahoe sustained $15,000 in damage.
