A Lehigh Acres man received a 20-year prison sentence for attempted coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.
According to court documents, Nicanor Sanchez, 32, chatted online with undercover law enforcement, describing his interest in sexually abusing a female child. He also sent several videos of children being sexually abused to the officer.
Sanchez agreed to meet for sex and was arrested by officers. Detectives searched his phone, finding more child sexual abuse material, including photos and videos of toddlers being sexually abused.
In addition to his prison sentence, Sanchez will be required to have a lifetime of supervised release. The court ordered him to forfeit the cellphone used in the crime.
