Lee County has a history of County Commissioners going to prison for bribery and financial crimes, Tammy Hall, Frenchie Averill. A corrupt developer needing special favors from the County Commission, especially one who has retained Bruce Strayhorn or Terry Miller as his lobbyist, can easily bribe Mulika.
