Did you know that April 25th is Parental Alienation Awareness Day?

According to a Psychology Today article, “April 25th has been declared parental alienation day in municipalities all over the country. The purpose of the awareness day is to shed light on the terrible problem of children being manipulated by one parent to hate the other.”
The Florida BAR Association identifies four areas specific to acts of Parental Alienation:
- Access and Contact Blocking
- Unfounded Abuse Allegations
- Deterioration in relationship Since Separation
- Intense Fear Reaction by Children
Although the Florida BAR identifies these issues, they are also associated with the $100 billion dollar per year, family Law industry that participates in, and enables Parental Alienation. Thousands of parents who flock to Florida Courts every year seeking relief when their children are alienated, are left more frustrated at the level of both corruption, as well as purposeful apathy towards the parent and children experiencing PA.
There have been an increasing number of parents who are now seeking litigation in our federal courts by suing parents, judges, Florida BAR attorneys, Governor DeSantis and others for allowing their relationship with their children to purposely disintegrate, or become destroyed.
