Lehigh Senior hires longtime Canadian Football League coach Casey Creehan to lead the football program

Lehigh Senior High School Athletics found a new football coach after searching throughout the country for the perfect candidate.

Coach Casey Creehan will be the ninth coach since the school opened in 1993, according to a press release from the school.

Creehan has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Grove City College and a master’s degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Emporia State University.

Additionally, he completed the sports management intercollegiate athletic administration certificate program from the California University of Pennsylvania.

Jackie Corey, the Principal at Lehigh Senior High School, was quoted in the press release.

She said, “It was very clear that he has the enthusiasm, vision, and leadership we need to lead our program in its next chapter of football. Coach Creehan most importantly understands that it is important to develop the athlete both on and off the field to prepare them for the next level.”

According to the press release, Creehan spent ten years participating in the NCAA and NAIA and 14 years in the Canadian football League (CFL).
