Hurricane Ian – Shelter In Place Household Information
In an effort to provide critical information to first responders during and after the anticipated landfall of Hurricane Ian, the Florida Division of Emergency Management has compiled the following survey to gather information on the demographics of individuals that have made the decision to shelter in place.
While first responders may not be able to immediately enter impacted areas due to safety hazards, the Division is working diligently to ensure that responders have the information they need to address the needs of impacted households as quickly as possible.
Please complete the following survey to assist the Division in our efforts as we continue to serve the State and ensure the safety of Floridians.
