Did you know that a former Christian school teacher that had already been arrested for sexting a student, is now also accused of “twerking” at a prom?
Julie Kinsey Hoover of Perry was recently booked on September 6th on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and as well, soliciting or engaging in sexual conduct against a student by and authority figure.
The alleged conduct was the twerking on a student at the Point of Grace Christian School’s prom this past April 8th, where hoover was employed at the time. Additionally, Hoover allegedly attempted to persuade the underage male student to consume from her alcoholic beverage via a straw.
The unidentified and underage male student stated to police that Hoover approached him on the dance floor multiple times “and began twerking” on him according to a police statement. The statement also reported that the twerking made the boy feel uncomfortable.
