Lehigh residents, Michele Kully needs your assistance, she owner of 716 Alabama Rd S. Kully was allowing “The Lehigh Hot Dog Guy” Ceberiano’s Hot Dogs & More that used to be on Milwaukee and Homestead to run his business on her property, well some not so nice person named BILL SQUIRES at 125 PADDOCK ST LEHIGH ACRES, FL, 33974 (SQUIRES lives over a half a mile from Kully’s property) he reported Kully to Lee County Code Enforcement now they want “The Lehigh Hot Dog Guy” to shut down. Kully said, “I will not have them shut down and will fight code enforcement.”

Kully states, that we need to stick together and support “The Lehigh Hot Guy”, he is out there now ready to serve our great community. If anyone can assist us with fighting Code Enforcement.
According to Florida Legislation, Section 509.102, and Effective July 1, 2020. Allows mobile food trucks to operate throughout Florida without the need to acquire any additional licensing, business tax receipt, or permit beyond a state license (Mobil Food Service) from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. (DBPR).
Lee County Code Enforcement Officer Sylvia Zarco has issued Kully the property owner a violation notice. Kully informed Zarco that will continue to have him run his business there and I have the right under the above Statue.
Update: from “The Lehigh Hot Dog Guy”, well unfortunately code enforcement is not budging, they do not want permits they do not want anything, they simply do not want us on Michelle’s property so we will not be operating there because we will not cause her any more grief.

We are currently looking at Advance Auto on Lee and Leonard 5640 8th St W. (Autozone Parking Lot) Lehigh Acres, FL 33971, and hopefully that will work for us. Thank you all for your support here we go again starting from zero but you guys always get us where we need to be God bless you all.
I believe that he is earning the money the clean way, not selling drugs or robbing people or killing . He Is working to get his family food on the table. Thank you
There is always someone that thrives on squashing everyone’s rights. Pure meanness
Would the nasty neighbor prefer he sell drugs instead of hot dogs? Or be on public assistance instead of working? Ridiculous!
Leave the poor guy alone. He’s been through enough! He’s just trying to make a living and not hurting anyone. Code has to have a reason! What is their reason! What code is he breaking.
