Carlos Alberto Lobo was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to life in prison for Lewd and Lascivious Molestation. The defendant was found guilty as charged following a Lee County trial in April.
In 2018, a child told an adult about the defendant touching her in a sexual manner. The crimes happened in Lehigh Acres and were investigated by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
Assistant State Attorney Lindsay Scott Garza and Assistant State Attorney Anastasia Snetkova prosecuted the case.
