A downed power line sparked a brush fire in Lehigh Acres Sunday morning.
According to the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District, the power line was damaged at 1705 E 14th St. at approximately 11 a.m.
The fire from the power line spread over a quarter of an acre.
Fire crews were able to extinguish the flames quickly, and the Florida Power & Light (FPL) was on the scene repairing the line.
