According to FHP, one vehicle, driven by a 77-year-old Lehigh Acres man, was traveling east on State Road 82 just west of Blackstone Drive.
Another vehicle, a sedan driven by an 18-year-old Clewiston woman, was traveling west on State Road 82 just east of Grant Boulevard.
The right side of the first vehicle then collided with the front of the Sedan while turning left.
The first vehicle came to a rest on State Road 82, while the Sedan ended up in a ditch.
The current conditions of the six injured in the crash are unknown at this time.
