Did you know?

Did you know that Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill last Thursday that extends the COVID-19 legal protections for hospitals healthcare providers, and nursing homes until June 1, 2023?

Despite DeSantis’ political talk and speeches condemning mask-wearing and other CDC suggestions and mandates including covid protections such as immunizations, DeSantis signed into law extending protections for healthcare professionals and corporations who partake in CDC activities including the use of pharmaceutical vaccinations.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine which is used by Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, and Moderna to manufacture the same vaccine to protect those from the COVID-19 Virus, condemned its use by these pharmaceutical companies. On a recent Joe Rogan podcast, Dr. Malone while interviewed warned of the danger of these vaccines to the general public including children. He also spoke of the high number of deaths and injuries caused by the vaccine as well as the “real reason” for the use of the vaccine and “vaccine passports.” He claimed that our Government[s] wishes to install a similar “social credit score system” as now being used in China.

But the extended legal protections signed into law by DeSantis requires a higher standard of proof for plaintiffs “by the greater weight of the evidence that the health care provider was grossly negligent or engaged in intentional conduct.” For the average Floridian, this simply means that any injury or death because of the COVID-19 vaccine or treatment from any health care provider due to covid infection, will be much more difficult to prove.
