Why is Benjamin Siegel the Executive Director at Lee County Port Authority ignoring major issues at RSW?

Marco Island Shuttle and AOT Global pick up clients at RSW on regular biases but both companies have NO Lee County Port Authority permit, why?

AOT Global Cars and SUVs are not even registered or tagged in the State of Florida which is required by law.

Is the Lee County Port Authority purposely not following their own rules or is the Lee County Port Authority just ignoring them?

Victoria B. Moreland Chief Communications & Marketing Officer Lee County Port Authority commented, “We will see if we can determine that the new company you mention in your email is picking up clients at RSW and, if so, explain the permitting process.”

RSW is a port of entry and major hub for tourists to Southwest Florida then why ……

1)      RSW porters inside airport at bottom of escalators reclining on their Carts.

Moreland said, “We have reached out to the companies that provide luggage and wheelchair service for the airlines at RSW to remind them that employee should be more mindful of taking rest breaks in public areas.”

2)      Uber and Lyft drivers in the Cell Phone Lot yelling at each other and sitting in lawn chairs.

Moreland said, “There is nothing in the picture of the TNC area that indicates any problem. As stated earlier, there is no ordinance or rule that prohibits lawn chairs.”

3) This is what people see when they go to RSW, Why? Moreland refused to answer this question, why?
