Greg Coleman the LSHS Athletic Director has hired a personal attorney. The Attorney Kristie Scott of LightPath Law has sent us a cease and desist letter and demands us to remove all articles from our website about her client Greg Coleman.

Here is our response Ms. Scott,
We are aware of your concern.
But Mr. Coleman needs to hire a criminal defense attorney.
The parents have filed criminal felony charges “HARASSING COMMUNICATION – PERMIT OBSCENE OR HARASSING PHONE CALLS F.S. 365.16(2)” against your client with Fort Police Dept. Case number 21-0124618 and the Lee County Sheriff’s office. Case number 21-510223
Also, the parents have filed an ethics complaint against your client with the Lee County school board.
We hope you can help him, Ms. Scott.
This is all news … the list of so-called “articles” in your letter are actually editorials and are protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Your client needs help please refer him to a criminal defense attorney before it’s too late.
Any action against us and we will ask for summary judgment against you and your client in the amount of 10 million dollars for violating our constitutional rights as a media outlet.
Govern Yourself and Your Client Accordingly
Nice
Is your client sending these threatening vulgar texts during school hours on school property
If so this is bullying by a adult
A felony and could be constructed as domestic terrorism
