A Lehigh Acres man was arrested Friday after a school resource officer was informed of a report of sexual battery involving a student.
Lloyd Foster, 57, was charged with sexual assault and lewd or lascivious behavior, according to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
On Sept. 30, the victim had a forensic interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center, where she stated between the ages of 5 and 7 Foster sexually assaulted her. She said this also happened again when she was 12 years old and most recently in February or March of 2021, the report states.
Lloyd was located at a home in Lehigh Acres and transported to Lee County Sheriff’s Office Major Crime Unit offices for an interview. When reading his Miranda Rights, he said he understood, but wished to speak with a lawyer before questioning.
Foster is in Lee County Jail on $200,000 bond and has a court hearing scheduled for Nov.1.
