Investigators are searching for a suspected arsonist who set an item on fire and walked away.
On Tuesday around 8:51 P.M., a man went into the Qwikway Market located at 233 Joel Boulevard and set fire to an item on the shelf, and walked away.
He was caught on video surveillance pulling up to the location in a newer model SUV, possibly a 2014-2021 jeep, according to SWFL Crime Stoppers.
Employees discovered the fire and extinguished it.
