A Lehigh Acres man was arrested twice in four days on drugs and weapons charges, the second time after falling asleep at a fast-food restaurant. Gerardo Valdes, 40, facing felony charges of possession of drug equipment and carrying a concealed, unlicensed firearm stemming from the Sept. 17 arrest.
