Lehigh Regional Medical Center is currently experiencing longer than normal wait times in our emergency departments due to COVID-19, and the emergency departments are not designated testing sites. If you are not experiencing a medical condition that requires examination and treatment, please seek testing at an alternate site.
Lehigh Regional Medical Center must change our policies surrounding visitation within our facility. This revised policy will be in effect until the transmission of COVID-19 is on a downward trend.
Key Changes: (some exceptions may apply):
*NO Visitors for Emergency Department.
*NO Visitors for Hospitalized Patients.
*NO Visitors assisting Lab/Imaging Patients.
*Outpatient/Surgery-1 Visitor may assist with arrival/registration process. The Visitor will leave the facility during the procedure/surgery, remain near the premises, and will be contacted by phone post-procedure/surgery.
