Did you know that the State of Florida ranks third among states with the number of illegal immigrants?

According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform, an organization that monitors immigration policy and reports on these issues, Florida comes in ranked number three of all 50 States with 1,485,000. This number includes illegal immigrants and their children.

Since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been placed into office, there has been a surge our illegal immigrants at our Southern Border. Several months ago, Biden appointed Harris as the “Border Czar” and has the responsibility to protect our border and states within including Florida. At the time of writing this article, Harris has been meeting with political leaders or Mexico and Guatemala. On her agenda to cure the number of illegals flooding the U.S., Harris has stated that she blames the “root cause” of so many illegal immigrants coming here, due in part to “climate change.”

Republican members of Congress from border states such as Texas and Arizona have been holding press briefings regarding the crisis at the border. Here in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis filed a law suit this past April suing the Biden Administration over a “reckless policy” regarding illegal immigrants convicted of crimes allowed here in our state.

Since 2014, Florida has been housing thousands of unaccompanied illegal immigrant children every year at foster care facilities around the state without complaint. Republican House of Representative members of Congress from Florida have done nothing to end the crisis at the border. Republican Senators Rubio and Scott have been nearly silent on the issue. Rubio is well known for his bills in the U.S. Senate proposing amnesty for most of the 60 million illegal aliens living here in the U.S.
