Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash in Lehigh Acres Wednesday night.
According to FHP, state troopers went to the scene of a crash on Lee Boulevard near the intersection with Leonard Boulevard N.
There were reports of power outages in the area.
According to a Lee County Sheriff’s deputy on scene, the road will be closed until Florida Power & Light arrives.
1,419 FPL customers were without power as a result of the crash. The number of customers impacted has since dropped to 156. Power restoration specialists are responding to the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
