A 37-year-old Lehigh Acres man was killed Saturday afternoon when his pickup struck a concrete pole.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash happened at about 5:10 p.m., on Green Meadow Road, north of Balfour Terrace in Lehigh Acres.
The man drove off the road and collided with a concrete utility pole. He died at the scene.
The Florida Highway Patrol no longer releases names of those involved in crashes, citing Marsy’s Law.
