Did you know that 2020 is not only an election year for the United States Presidential race, but also for National, State-wide and local elections as well?
In the State of Florida, all members of the House of Representatives are up for re-election as are State Senate seats in odd numbered districts. All State of Florida Representative seats are up for election, as are also State Attorney’s and Public Defenders in Circuits 1-19.
Perhaps just as important to Florida voters are the County Offices to be voted for here in Florida. Board of Commissioners, School Board Members and other Constitutional offices such as Fire Commissioners will be on the election ballots as will be the Judicial Retention offices, Circuit Judges and County Judges
Every election, from school beard to President, are important to every Floridian. At every political level and every office holder, they will each be making major decisions regarding our children, families, employment, ability to earn a living wage and what amount of taxes we will pay for. Those who will be elected, or become re-elected this coming Election Day (Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020) will all make a major impact on our lives, either positive or negative. We are just coming out of a major pandemic that swept across our county, and many States have oppressive, or what can only be described as very Constitutionally restrictive rules placed upon citizens in those States.
Politicians at every level in the two major political party’s, both Democrats and Republicans have taken notice how residents, voters and constituents have reacted to having their natural rights restricted. If the current level of frustration and anger among Americans (including Floridians) continues regarding their Constitutional Rights being stifled, there could be a major shift in who will become elected this coming Election Day.
It is important to know who has taken their sworn oath to defend and protect the United States Constitution on behalf of We The People.
