Dates Feb 6-9, 2020 Theme – Southwest Florida Hero Fest
The first Spring Festival was held in March of 1975, to welcome in Spring and say farewell to all the Snow Birds who were returning to their Northern homes for the summer. It was held at the original Festival Grounds, which is now the Microtel Hotel. Local clubs and organizations sold their food and beverages from the current Flea Market building, which was also part of the Festival grounds.
Nick’s Kids Show has been a family favorite for many years now, as well as Commodore Cutter, Southwest Florida’s Pirate. Tolve Productions offers carnival rides and games, and lots of food vendors to choose from.
The Spring Festival moved to Veteran’s Park in the late 80’s, where it has been providing fun and entertainment for Lehigh Acres and the surrounding communities ever since.
