State law prohibits excessive increases in the price of essential commodities, such as food, water, hotel rooms, ice, gasoline, lumber, and equipment, needed as a direct result of an officially declared emergency. Anyone who suspects price gouging during this declared state of emergency should report it to the Attorney General’s Office by using the NO SCAM app, or calling (866) 9NO-SCAM. The Attorney General’s NO SCAM app can be downloaded for free through Apple and Android stores by searching NO SCAM.

The water isn’t price gouging. If it is shipped as individually labeled it has to be sold as individually labeled. Including that price. Which is around 160 to 190
If I am not mistaken those bottles are meant to be sold as singles. Which FD store was the picture taken at? I believe that is an old picture. I think I have seen it before.
It is actually marked as individual. But you would know that if you worked in a convince store. The packs of water sold as a case has labels on the out side that have a SKU or barcode that would represent the 24 bottles as an individual item.
This case has no outer label and each bottle is marked with a SKU or barcode that represents each item in that case to be sold individually.
Have you ever looked at a bulk box of something? Look it one of the items in the bulk sale item. Look at where there would be a barcode. It usually says, “Not intended for individual sale” or “Not Labeled for Individual Sale” these are items you get in a case or bulk sale.
Goo look at that case for yourself and be more informed about what you are talking about. Have a blessed day ?
