The owners of a building at 5570 Lee St in Lehigh Acres industrial complex said they have nothing to say to their tenant who allowed a party that had a deadly shooting.
They said they canceled the lease for violation of their lease agreement and have immediately changed the locks.
Bullet holes riddle the exterior concrete walls outside of a business at the complex.
The company that leased this building space said they rented it for adult education classes. The school was dedicated to teaching English as a second language.
The building owner said his tenant later admitted to LCSO that he subleased the space out the night of the party.

A Lee County spokesperson has stated by email: “events on private property are not required to obtain a special event permit from Lee County unless they are expected to draw more than 1,000 people.”
After nearly 36 hours of investigating, LCSO deputies cleared the scene Monday afternoon.
Evidence stickers marked the multiple bullet holes in the walls of Lucas Transmission General Repair and Florida Forklift.
No one has been arrested in connection with this shooting.
