A woman filed a sheriff report claiming a man revealed his genitals to her in a Walmart parking lot.
In the report it states that “a Hispanic man between 40 and 50-years-old wearing plaid pants and a gray shirt, approached her car and asked for her hand”.
The report continued say, after shaking his hand, the man began to lick her hand and elbow.
She said the man also tried to place her hand on his genitals.
The incident happened around 1:00 a.m., according to LCSO.
