The property owners have requested to amend Resolution Z-17-019 to remove Condition 3, which prohibits blasting. This amendment will allow blasting for water management lakes excavation and for underground utilities installation.
A public hearing date has not yet been set according to the email we received from Lee County Zoning Division.
