A Lehigh Acres man who hit and killed a 5-year-old in Lehigh Acres after T-boning a car last year has been arrested today and charge in Juvenile court.
FHP arrested 18-year-old Mitchel Thomas Buenrostro Wednesday after he was driving without a valid license, according to an arrest report.
On November 12, 2018, Buenrostro was driving in a Dodge 1500 truck with three others when he didn’t stop at a stop sign.
According to documents: Buenrostro struck the right side of 33-year-old Ashley Green’s Nissan Quest.
Connor Green, Ashley’s 5-year-old son, later died in the hospital because of the crash.
