Is the Lehigh Acres Fire Department is trying to manipulate the early voting?
As you see in the photos the firefighters are to close to the front door at the East County Regional Library.
The federal law states must be 100 feet or more away from the door and Lee County Ordinance states no political signage pass the sign in the parking lot.
A complaint has been filed to the Lee County Elections and with Lee County Library system.
45 minutes after the complaint was filed the firemen were told to leave and two security guards from the election’s office will be there now on.
We need to have fair elections in Lehigh Acres, not the tricks the fire department plays at the polling locations.
