The FGUA is consolidating the Lehigh Acres and North Fort Myers customer service offices to a new location at 9841 Bernwood Place Drive, Suite 120, Fort Myers, FL 33966. The new office will be open for business on Tuesday, January 17th. This move is a part of the FGUA’s continuing effort to manage costs and increase efficiencies while focusing on providing exceptional customer service.
FGUA customers will be able to reach the new customer service office using the same phone numbers. Lehigh Acres customers can dial (239) 368-1615 and North Fort Myers customers can dial (239) 543-1005 with account questions or for payment assistance. Customers can also access their account and pay their monthly bills at www.fgua.com. A pay by phone feature is also available – many customers find this is the fastest, easiest and most convenient way to pay their utility bill because this option provides the convenience of bill pay 365 days a year and 24 hours a day using a check, debit or credit card over the phone. The call is toll-free, 1-855-396-1256, and there is no charge for using this payment method.
If customers don’t want to worry about remembering to pay their monthly water bill, they can sign-up for the E-Z Pay Program. After enrolling in E-Z Pay, payments are automatically deducted each month from the designated checking account. To enroll, customers can complete the E-Z Pay Form, available online at www.fgua.com, and submit the completed form with a voided check to the FGUA customer service office, fax to (239) 368-7486 or scan and email to lehigh@fgua.com or nfm@fgua.com.
FGUA customers residing in Lehigh Acres will still be able to make payments at the Bealls Plaza location on Homestead Road thanks to our partnership with One Stop Multiservice. FGUA staff have met with the owner and she is happy to assist FGUA customers with paying their bills (via the Western Union, a service she offers at One Stop Multiservice). New customers will also find FGUA Welcome Packets with copies of New Service and Service Termination Forms. One Stop Multiservice stands ready to assist individuals who may not have access to or are not comfortable with faxing and scanning their documents and offers discounted rates for FGUA customers.
The Western Union has many additional vendors with locations throughout Lee County. Customers can visit www.fgua.com and select – Payment Options – Partner Locations to be directed to the Western Union website.
