LCEC has received multiple reports of fraudulent individuals making phone calls alleging that power will be disconnected if banking information is not provided right away. Their sophisticated scam leads the customer to believe they are speaking to LCEC. Don’t allow these Grinches to ruin your holiday…when in doubt check it out by calling the customer care number on the lcec.net. The phone number scammers have been calling from is 1-844-350-6901. If this number shows on your caller ID do not provide any personal banking information to the dishonest person on the other end of the line.
