The board will be reviewing a new convenience food and beverage store with self-service fuel pumps and the new Timber Creek Planned Development.

A. ADMIRAL LEHIGH RESORT CPD. Request zoning amendment to Admiral Lehigh Resort CPD Parcel A, a/k/a Discount Auto Parts CPD located at the northeast corner of Joel Blvd. and North Ave to add convenience food and beverage store with self-service fuel pumps to schedule of uses. Ms. Stacey Hewitt, planner with Banks Engineering will present the project on behalf of the applicant.

B. Timber Creek Planned Development: Ken Gallander, AICP with Morris Depew will be presenting the Timber Creek Planned Development. The requested Planned Development is a companion/concurrent application to the existing Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA20016-00007. The property subject to the Planned Development is larger than the property included in the concurrent Comprehensive Plan Amendment request at approximately ±695 acres, which includes STRAPS: 09-45-26-00- 00001.0000, 04-45-26-00-00001.0020, 05-45-26-00-00002.0010, 08-45-26-00.00001.0010, and17-45-26-00-00001.0020 at the southwest corner of Daniels Parkway and SR 82. The property is in a unique location in the County and due to its size and configuration is within service boundaries for Lee County as well as the Lehigh Acres Fire Department.
