The Narcotics/Vice Unit, with the assistance of the Field Support Unit and East District Selective Enforcement Team, executed a search warrant at 1249 Earnest Street East in Lehigh Acres. Detectives received an anonymous tip of an active marijuana grow operation and further investigation led to obtaining a search warrant for the residence.
A search of the residence revealed an elaborate cultivation operation consisting of two rooms containing 195 marijuana plants weighing 198.8 pounds. Two occupants, Philip Magnotti and Natasha Borkowski were arrested for Producing Marijuana, Trafficking Marijuana and Own or Rent a Structure to Traffic Drugs.
