Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump came to Southwest Florida on Monday, addressing supporters at Germain Arena.

FIRST TO ARRIVE: Naples resident Debbie Cooper found herself at Germain 4 hours, 15 minutes before sunrise (officially 7:15 a.m. on Monday in Estero).
TEMPERATURE RISING: September in Southwest Florida can be hot and that was certainly the case on Monday. At 3 p.m. when the rally officially began, the temperature in Estero was 88 degrees. The heat index of “feel like” temperature was 97 degrees. There were unconfirmed reports of people fainting outside the arena and a shortage of water. Two ambulances called to Germain Arena medical issues.
AIR TRUMP: Trump’s iconic airplane arrived and parked at Private Sky Aviation at Southwest Florida International Airport at 2:48 p.m. The plane taxied and rolled to a stop.
THE TRUMP ARRIVES: From when his plane arrived until he appeared in the arena, 91 minutes elapsed. Supporters were treated to a long list of songs from the Rolling Stones to Elton John to fill the time. For the record, Trump appeared in Germain at 4:19 p.m. His speech started at 4:21 p.m. It ended at 5:07 p.m.

WHEELS UP: Trump and his famous airplane departed from Southwest Florida at 5:51 p.m. According to his schedule, he was on his way to North Carolina for his next campaign stop.
