Alain E Capucci is under investigation by Florida Ethics Commission for at file his Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests incorrectly.
According to the complaint Capucci lists his source of income “Employment (Paycheck)” and he also lists his principal business activity as “Paycheck”. Click here to read his Form 1.
Lehigh Acres Gazette called the Florida Ethics Commission, The Commission would not talk about any ongoing investigations with Capucci.
According to a source at the Florida Secretary of State a question was submitted to them of validity of the articles of incorporation filled by Alain Capucci for Incorporate Lehigh Acres.
The source would not go into detail but the question, but did say if this is found to be true it could force to state to close the corporation and / or take legal action against the incorporator of the corporation Mr. Alain E Capucci himself.
Lehigh Acres Gazette tried to reach out to Capucci for a comment, but no one returned our requests.
