Aldi Supermarket has started, the fencing off the demolition of the church on Lee Blvd has started.
Culvers restaurant (in front of Walmart) demolition is about over and pending no major delays the restaurant will be open by the end of the year. According to the ownership they will be hiring 60 people to staff that business.
Family Dollar new store at Lee St and Lee Blvd is getting closed in, should open within two months.
Lehigh Seafood Restaurant on Lee Blvd near Gunnery Rd has run into delays but it is scheduled to be open later Oct 2016.
Little Casers Pizza is moving to the old Hardees Restaurant building on Lee Blvd. Should be open within the next 45 days pending no delays. Also the restaurant will have a pizza drive up window.
