A man was injured Saturday afternoon when he fell from a second-story balcony at a Lehigh Acres apartment complex.
A person at the scene said the man, 59, fell onto the sidewalk below and received serious head injuries.
It happened at The Presbyterian Homes of Lehigh Acres on Broad Street West.
The man has not been identified was taken to the hospital and his current condition is unknown.
