The Fifth Third bank located at 11501 State Road 82, near Colonial Boulevard, was robbed Thursday afternoon, Fort Myers police said.
Just after 2:30 p.m., a man entered the bank, implying he had a weapon and demanded money from the teller. The suspect then fled the bank on foot, authorities said.
The man is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds and wearing blue jeans with a camo jacket.
