A Lehigh Acres man is dead after he was hit while riding a dirt bike Sunday night.
The crash happened at 6:50pm on Leonard Boulevard South at the intersection with Fairway Drive.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of a pickup truck was making a left turn onto Fairway Drive and collided with a dirt bike headed the other direction on Leonard. The truck’s driver told troopers that he was unable to see the bike since it did not have a headlight on.
39-year-old Rondricious Robinson was thrown from the bike. He later died at Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
Troopers say he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Is it a contest in that ethnic group ( something the rest of us don’t know goes on) to see who can come up with the most Rondricious name? R.I.P. man.
